Dane Spencer (born December 24, 1977 in Boise, Idaho) is an alpine ski racer with the U.S. Ski Team. He grew up skiing and racing at Bogus Basin, and made the U.S. Ski Team at age 16. He attended the University of Colorado in Boulder.

- World Championships - 7th place - giant slalom - 2005
- U.S. National Championships - 2nd place - giant slalom - 2005, 1998
On February 14, 2006, Spencer incurred serious injuries in a downhill race at Whitefish Mountain Resort (at the time, Big Mountain Ski Resort) near Whitefish, Montana and spent most of 2006 recuperating. His recovery progressed well and he was placed on the "A" team for the 2007 World Cup season.
