Sageview

Sageview Capital LLC is an investment firm with $1.4 billion of assets under management. The firm was started by Ned Gilhuly and Scott Stuart, two former members of the Kohlberg Kravis Roberts Executive Committee, in May 2006. The firm strives to bring a "private equity approach" to public market investing while also pursuing private investments. Sageview Capital is a long-term investor with a target investment horizon of three to five years or longer. The goal is to constructively and collaboratively with a company's management team and board of directors without ever being hostile.

The employees of Sageview Capital are collectively the single largest investor in the fund.
