Bradfield School is a secondary school situated on the edge of the village of Worrall in Sheffield in the parish of Bradfield. The school caters for pupils between the ages of 11 and 16. It is a specialist Engineering College and provides specialised courses such as "Applied Engineering". As part of this course pupils can enter engineering competitions such as the Lego league and F1 In Schools.

Curriculum

The school provides students with a broad and balanced curriculum as in line with the National Curriculum.

All students study the following subjects at Key Stage 3: Art, Citizenship, Design Technology, English, Geography, History, ICT, Mathematics, MFL, Music, Physical Education, Religious Education and Science.

At Key Stage 4 Bradfield provides students with a broad and balanced curriculum in line with the National Curriculum. All students experience the following subjects at a GCSE level: Citizenship (Half GCSE), English Language (One GCSE), English Literature (One GCSE), ICT (One GCSE), Mathematics (One GCSE), Physical Education (One GCSE), Religious Education (Half GCSE) and Science Double Award (Two GCSEs).

Friends of Bradfield School (FBSA)

The FBSA was formed in 1983 and has recently been awarded Charitable Status and aims to foster closer links between staff, parents and members of the community who have an interest in the school. The FBSA has a committee, which meets on a regular basis and organizes a range of activities, which support the school by providing additional facilities and opportunities for students.
