Ian Francis Jorgensen (also known as Blink) is a Wellington-based events manager, editor and
photographer . He is the producer of the New Zealand music compilation and magazine series "A Low Hum ".Blink was also the principle photographer for The NZ Rock Book 1987-2007, written by

There will be roughly 50 bands (whose names do not get released; Blink wants people to go for the experience, NOT just for a couple of bands they love.) and only 500ish people attending.
