"YoYoYoYoYo" is the debut album by the Philadelphia hip-hop group, Spank Rock. The album was released on April 18, 2006 (see 2006 in music) through Big Dada. Also it appears in Madden 07, which is one of the soundtracks.

Critical reception

"YoYoYoYoYo" was noteable for it's hypersexual lyrical content. "Sex is all over this record, appearing on nearly every track," an Allmusic reviewer wrote. BBC Music joked that "YoYoYoYoYo makes Fiddy's "Candy Shop" sound like...well, a sweet shop." cite web | url=http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/release/6dvr/ | title=YoYoYoYoYo | author=Adam Webb | work=BBC Music | publisher=BBC | date=2006-05-03 | accessdate=2008-05-31 ] The album also featured a number of 1980s samples. "Many tracks feature drum hits and samples that are more than two decades old, but Epton makes sure to keep his nostalgia a safe distance away from cliché." The producer was praised for turning "a whole album of aural porn" into "one of 2006's essential releases."

"YoYoYoYoYo" was ranked #24 on the "Tiny Mix Tapes" Top 25 Albums of 2006, and was nominated for the 2006 Shortlist Music Prize.
