He is currently attending Medical School back at his alma mater, the University of Michigan, and resides in theAnn Arbor area, along with his best friends, Scott Russell M.D., and Anthony Edelman, M.D., both anesthesiologists.Playing career
Krikor played collegiate hockey for the
University of Michigan Wolverines for 4 seasons beginning with the 1996-1997 season. He won a National Championship in 1998, 2 CCHA regular season championships in 1997 and 2000 and 2 CCHA tournament championships in 1997 and 1999. He is the only player in the University of Michigan school history to score 2 goals in his first collegiate game, scoring on his 2nd and 4th shift of his career. After turning professional in 2000, he played for theMuskegon Fury ,Missouri River Otters , andFort Wayne Komets of theUnited Hockey League . During the 2001-2002 season, he played for theMacon Whoopee of theEast Coast Hockey League . Krikor attended training camp with theCincinnati Mighty Ducks of theAmerican Hockey League at the start of the 2002-2003 season, during which re-aggravation of old injuries led him to retire.External links
