Accident

On (December 6 2007), Claudia was involved in an accident with Miami Beach Police Sgt. Jesus Barrenchea. Barrenchea is accused of driving the wrong direction on I-95 in Broward County, striking an SUV carrying Claudia and two of her friends. Barrenchea was driving impaired while off duty after leaving a restaurant. Claudia was injured, and is reportedly seeking a civil suit.
