State Route 200 or SR-200 is a 2 mile long route that serves as a connection between State Route 21 and U.S. Highway 278 through western Piedmont in Calhoun County.

Route description

The southern terminus of SR-200 is located at its intersection with State Route 21 in southwest Piedmont. From this point, the route travels in a northerly direction before reaching its northern terminus at U.S. Highway 278.
