1998 , Greenwood & Hall commenced call center operations from a facility inIrvine, California and a partner location in nearbySanta Ana, California . The Company focused on building its call center network during the first years of operations to support the needs of thedirect response television industry and large televisioninfomercials .In
2000 , the Company expanded its operations to include customer relationship management, logistics, fulfillment, and other related services as demand for the outsourcing of these services continued to increase significantly.The Company relocated its corporate headquarters in August

Greenwood & Hall has multiple operating divisions including a CRM unit that provides call center outsourcing solutions for major corporations, a Non Profit unit that provides donor services and fundraising solutions for large non-profit agencies, a Governmental Services unit, an Education Solutions Division that provides outsourced admissions, enrollment, student retention, and financial aid solutions to post-secondary schools and universities , and a Lead Generation Division that provides large lead aggregators, post-secondary schools, and financial services companies with live introductions to interested prospective customers.
Non-Profit Emphasis
The Company is best known for its service of the
American Red Cross since 2000 and has handled all inbound fundraising services for the organization since that time. Greenwood & Hall supported the American Red Cross during key disasters and national emergencies including the 9/11 attacks, the SoutheastAsian Tsunami in 2004, andHurricane Katrina . Separately, Greenwood & Hall was managed all donation response and coordination for the telethon event sponsored by the major television networks in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The event raised tens of millions of dollars in donations for both the American Red Cross andSalvation Army .Greenwood and Hall also handles donor serives for One Laptop Per Child, Habitat for Humaity and the yearly fundraiser hosted by American Idol called Idol Gives Back.
