Burrells Wharf

Burrells Wharf

Burrells Wharf (in London, England). It is a popular riverside development in the Docklands area. Situated on the Isle of Dogs, this development is one of only two grade-listed development in the area, the other one being the development in West India Quay.

This wharf has a colourful history. It was where the SS Great Eastern was launched (a huge steam ship built in 1858 and designed by the brilliant engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel). It also used to be a colour factory until the late 80's when the operations were relocated.

Burrells Wharf has a 24/7 concierge supervised by Tom Quinlivan and his deputy, Paul Eva. Burrells Wharf Freeholds Limited, owned by the flat owners of the development, has appointed Rendall & Rittner Ltd as managing agents and in that capacity Rendall & Rittner is responsible for the development's day to day running.
