The album was released August 31, 1993 following the release of the first single, Blue. Despite having the video for Blue appear in an episode of Beavis and Butthead, it failed to chart on any significant chart and consequently, so did the album. The second single, Die Like Someone also bombed, further hurting sales of the album. The third single, I Want It All, failed somewhat better, appearing in The Next Karate Kid, a rock compilation album and charting at number 30 on the Modern Rock Chart. However, the album, which had already been released for some time, was too forgotten for it to enter the Billboard 200.
