Square Chikwanda

Square Chikwanda (born 1972) is a Zimbabwean sculptor.

Born in Mvurwi, Chikwanda moved to the Tengenenge Sculpture Community with his father at the age of seven; here he would later teach his friend Jonathan Mhondorohuma. He finished primary school and quickly learned the art of sculpture, becoming a full-time artist at the age of only thirteen. In 1993 he left the community to work in Harare; he has worked at the Chapungu Sculpture Park since then.
