Robert Baan (born April 1, 1943 in Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland) is a Dutch football coach, recently appointed the role of Technical directer for the Australia by the Football Federation of Australia [cite news |url=http://www.theworldgame.com.au/home/index.php?pid=st&cid=79246|title=FA goes Dutch with Baan |date=2007-12-06 |accessdate=2007-12-06 |publisher=The World Game ] . He previously served this role for the Netherlands, Feyenoord Rotterdam and ADO Den Haag.

While Graham Arnold was the caretaker coach for the Socceroos, Baan, alongside his Technical Director duties, was also briefly the caretaker coach for the Australia Under 23 team.
