Apsaalooke Citizen's Leadership Network

The Apsaalooke Citizen's Leadership Network, or ACLN, is a non-profit organization of Crow (Apsaalooke) Tribal members who are interested in working together to achieve such common goals as positive role modeling, community improvement, and optimistic dialogue. The ACLN is not a political action committee and it does not endorse political candidates for public office.

In February 2006, the organization was founded by Gerald "Jay" Harris, a Crow tribal member, while a graduate student at the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. Current membership of the organization is twenty-five enrolled individuals of the Crow Nation.

Current ACLN projects include an annual summer youth camp in the Bighorn Mountains on the Crow Reservation, an annual scholarship fund for incoming college freshmen, and outreach/support to Crow adolescents.
