Wilson Kiprugut

Wilson Kiprugut (born 1938) is a Kenyan former athlete who competed mainly in the 800 metres.

He competed at the 1962 Commonwealth Games and was part of the Kenyan 4 x 440 yards relay team which finished fifth. Kiprugut won the bronze medal in the 800 metres at the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. At the 1966 Commonwealth Games he won 880 Yards bronze medal. Two years later, at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, Mexico, he improved one place to win the silver medal.

He won two gold medals (in the 400 and 800 metres) at the inaugural All-Africa Games in 1965.
