Jeff Danielson (born August 6, 1970) is the Iowa State Senator from the 10th District. He is the President Pro Tempore of the Iowa Senate, where he has served since 2005. He received his AA in general studies from Hawkeye Community College, his BA in Public Administration, and his Masters of Public Policy from the University of Northern Iowa.

Danielson currently serves on the Appropriations committee; the Economic Growth committee; the Rules and Administration committee; the State Government committee; the Veterans Affairs committee; and the Transportation committee, where he is vice chair. He also serves as chair of the Administration and Regulation Appropriations Subcommittee. His prior public service experience includes experience as the Commissioner of the Iowa Department of Transportation and of the Waterloo Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and currently serves the community of Cedar Falls as a professional firefighter. [http://www.jeffdanielson.org/experience.asp]
