Faith Alive Ministries began with only eleven people in attendance in July 1990. The church first met in "The Barn" as it was called, until moving to their Sanctuary at the offices of Buck Motor Company in February of 1991.
In June 1991, the membership at Faith Alive hired Bob as its Senior Pastor. By October of 1992, Faith Alive Ministries had grown to a point which caused them to convert the garage into their second sanctuary.
Over the next 4 years Faith Alive Ministries grew significantly and had to find a larger place to worship. In October of 1996, Faith Alive Ministries moved to their brand new building.
As the church continued to grow, it was not long until they had to build again. Since January 2001, Faith Alive Ministries has made it's home on a 19 acre complex in the heart of the Deep Creek community. With the addition of
