Essen Stadtwald railway station

Essen Stadtwald is a railway station in the city of Essen in western Germany, serving the southern city borough "Stadtwald". It is situated close to a single-track railway tunnel, the "Stadtwaldtunnel".

The station today sees regular service by Rhein-Ruhr S-Bahn trains on the S6 line.
