Victor Ciocâltea (b.
January 16 ,1932 ,Bucharest ,Romania – d.September 10 ,1983 ,Manresa ,Spain ) was a Romanianchess master. He was awarded theInternational Master title in 1957 and the International Grandmaster title in 1978.
