Vladimir Imamovich Norov (born
31 August 1955 inBukhara ) has been theforeign minister ofUzbekistan since12 July 2006 .Born on August 31, 1955 in the city of Bukhara. In 1976 graduated from Bukhara Pedagogical Institute, Teacher of Mathematics and in 1985 - Interior Ministry Academy (Moscow), Lawyer of the Department for Law Enforcement. Has a Ph.D. in Law.
