Rachid Koraïchi (born 1947) is an
Algeria n artist.Koraïchi was born into an ancient
Sufi family, which has informed much of his work. He studied first at the École des Beaux-Arts in Algeria before attending theÉcole des Arts Décoratifs and theÉcole des Beaux-Arts inParis . He works in many media, including ceramics,textile s,installation art ,metallurgy , painting, and printmaking, and often collaborates with local artisans in his work.His work has been exhibited at the
