Castello, Hong Kong

Castello (Chinese: 帝堡城) is a private housing estate in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It is built by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Construction work finished in December 1999.

Blocks

It consists of 7 tower blocks, with 31-32 floors each, each containing 8 flats. Each flat ranges in sizes from 718 to 1,107 square feet (67-103 m2).

Facilities

The estate has a clubhouse containing an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, a tennis court, badminton courts, and barbecue areas.

Transportation

There is a shuttle bus service which runs between Castello and New Town Plaza, which is located near the Sha Tin MTR station. It operates at 5-15 minute intervals.

There are also several bus routes near the area, including the 49X, 82M, 82P, 82X, 83K, 83S, 83X, 86, 89D, 281A, and N182, as well as some green minibus routes.
