Brian Andrew Rosenworcel (born July 23, 1973) is the drummer for the band Guster. For many years, Rosenworcel, the youngest member of the band, [ [http://www.statenews.com/article.phtml?pk=35636 The State News: Guster to perform Thursday ] ] played a combination of bongos, congas, djembe, hand snares and cymbals instead of using a traditional drumset. He now alternates between hand percussion and drum set, and he has the nickname "Thundergod" because of his drumming. He has, on at least one occasion, performed on turntables as DJ Thundergod. Rosenworcel is famous in the Guster community not only for his drumming technique, but also for the authorship of the band's Road and Studio Journals, which are available for public view at Guster's website.
