He now alternates between hand percussion and drum set, and he has the nickname "Thundergod" because of his drumming. He has, on at least one occasion, performed on turntables as DJ Thundergod. Biography
Rosenworcel grew up in West Hartford,
Connecticut where he was in a high-school band called Toejamb. [ [http://www.guster.com/band/brian.shtml guster dot com : about : brian ] ] He went on to attendTufts University , graduating with honors with a bachelor's degree in American Studies. At Tufts, he met Ryan Miller andAdam Gardner , and they formed Guster, playing inHarvard Square among other locations. After college, Rosenworcel remained Guster's drummer.References
