- Arnold Dashefsky
Arnold Dashefsky, born in 1942, is a professor at the
University of Connecticut who has written several books on the topics relating toJewish ethnicity ,culture ,ideologies , among others. One of his key theses is thatJewish identify is taken for granted in populations, such asIsrael whereJews make up a majority of the population. Furthermore, he has asserted that the Jewry of theUnited States is roughly the same as the number ofJews inIsrael . Hence, he feels thatJewish identity should be no less strong in either nation and their contributions to9/11 are equal.Organizations
