Infernos

1. Alton and Tyrie: Head Rush
The men hang upside down by their ankles and must swing around collecting puzzle pieces. They must then construct the puzzle correctly.
2. Rachel and Jenn: Ejection
Both opponents must use jousting sticks to hit each other's targets -- which in turn causes their opponent's platform to tilt 15 degrees each time the target is hit, until the opponent falls off. The first person to knock their opponent off three times wins.
3. Davis and Danny: Watch Your Back
A game of tag that takes place on a platform with four ladders. Davis starts on top of the platform and Danny starts on the floor. When T.J. blows the whistle, they have to chase each other until one of them either tags or passes the other. The first person to score twice wins and the loser will be sent packing.
4. Colie and Jenn: Spokesmodel
Jenn and Colie climb to the top of a giant wheel; once TJ sounds his air horn the wheel begins to spin, the longer the two girls remain on the wheel, the faster it will spin. The girl that remains on the wheel for the longest amount of time will be the winner
5. Timmy and Abram: Smash House
In this Inferno both contestants are given a metal ring and placed in a three glass boxes, each one smaller than the next, that are suspended in mid air. After the start is announced, both contestants must race against each other in order to break all of the different panes of glass, the contestant who can achieve this fastest is the winner. Following the Inferno, Timmy announced that he would be retiring from the challenges, saying that he is passing the torch. A montage of Timmy's time on "Road Rules 2" and several challenges was shown.
6. Susie and Jenn: Zero Gravity
Both girls are put into harnesses that are attached to seventy-five-percent of their weight, making it very easy to climb the ladder, but very difficult to come down. At the top of the ladder there are eight flags; the first team member to get four of the eight flags attached at the bottom of the ladder is the winner
7. Davis and Derrick: Corner Ball
Each person stood on opposite sides of a wall that was 9 feet long and in a triangle with a rugby ball in between them. Once TJ says go, they both go for the ball and try and get the ball to the other person's side of the wall. The first person to get 3 of the rugby balls to the other person's side is the winner.
8. Paula and Aneesa: Shimmy
The opponents must shimmy up between walls, ripping off team flags along the way. The first one to rip off the flag at the top of the walls wins.

Memorable Moments

*CT was ejected from the game on the first night for punching Davis in the face. He would be replaced by Derrick. CT is the 4th castmember ever to be ejected from a challenge due to violence (the other 3 being Ayanna, Stephen and most recently Tina on the Duel).
*This is the first challenge victory out of six for both Derrick and Tonya.
*Ironically, Derrick won a challenge that originally he wasn't meant to be on.
*Midway through the challenge, the good guys team started to crumble due to consistent bickering. This started a mission where the guys had to strip down to speedos. Alton, Ace and Timmy were uncomfortble with being exposed and thus lead the Good Guys to losing the mission.
*Tonya was extremely offended when Susie commented on her perfume making her "smell like a stripper." Tonya thus vowed that she would want to go into an Inferno and take out Susie just to see her cry when she lost. Tonya's animosity with Susie would later form Susie, Colie and Cara to start ranting about why everyone hates Tonya in a game called "I hate Tonya because..."
*Susie and Cara's "mean girls" alliance was probably the most troublesome theme in this challenge. Susie played the good guys like "pawns." In particular, she sent Paula into an Inferno even after all the good guys agreed strategically to send in Cara, and even when Paula plead her case to the two. Susie commented in the aftershow how she became "The new Beth."
*Abram almost lost the Inferno to Timmy. He got extremely lucky when Timmy was DQ'd for not smashing all panes of glass.
*Danny wrote his mother's name on his cheek going into his Inferno to commemorate how he lost his mother 2 years ago.
*This was Timmy's last challenge. He would go on to retire with the other Challenge vets who have "retired" from the challenges.
