Akwa Group is a major Moroccan conglomerate company headquartered in Casablanca. The company is primarily an oil and gas company, and owns the Afriquia brand.

*Afrilub/Afriquia Lubrifiants Maroc - motor oil manufacture and sale
*Auto Speedy - auto service/auto repair franchise
*Rezoroute - Mini Brahim convenience stores, Oasis Cafe highway restaurants; Rapid'Auto franchises.
*SEJ/Société d'Entreposage de Jorf Lasfar - downstream petroleum entrepot services, including gasoil/heating oil storage; Total Maroc (subsidiary of Total S.A.) is a client.
*Petrolog - petroleum product import and sale.
*Petrosud - petroleum product import and sale; operate a large depot at Port d'Agadir.

Natural gas
*Afriquia Gaz - Morocco's leading liquid petroleum gas distributor, owning the brands: Afriquia Gaz, Tissir Gaz, Ultra Gaz, Camping Gaz and Métagaz.

Industrial gas, medical gas
*Maghreb Oxygène - operates 3 facilities: Berrechid, Had Soualem and Jorf Al Asfar; company manufactures and distributes medical liquid oxygen, industrial liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, acetylene, etc.

Technology and telecoms
*Afrinetworks, including Eho & Aloha; affiliated with Méditel.
*Bell Networks, affiliated with Nortel Networks and EADS Télécom.
