Nnorom Azuonye

Nnorom Azuonye (born July, 1967 in Biafra) is a Nigerian theater director, playwright, and poet. He wrote Letter To God & Other Poems in 2003. He also founded the online poetry magazine Sentinel.[1]

Sentinel Poetry Movement is the International Community of Writers and Artists providing an interaction and publishing resource for Poetry, Fiction, Drama, Essays, Interviews and Review of the Arts.

Nnorom Azuonye founded the Sentinel Poetry Movement in 2002. He is also the Editor Sentinel Literary Quarterly [1] - an online magazine of world literature published by Sentinel Poetry Movement. Sentinel's previous two publications; Sentinel Poetry (Online) and Sentinel Poetry Quarterly have been merged into the single publication i.e. Sentinel Literary Quarterly.

Azuonye also published Letter to God and Other Poems (2003), and The Bridge Selection: Poems for the Road (2005). In 2008, Nnorom Azuonye founded the Excel for Charity Writing Competition Series [2] to encourage literary creative excellence whilst raising money for charities in the UK and elsewhere. Excel for Charity is a service provided by Eastern Light EPM International [3] - an Entertainment, Publishing, Marketing and Web Services company. Azuonye is the Director of Operations and Creative Services at Eastern Light.
