The Coalition for Democratic Reform is a liberal personalist party in The Bahamas. The party was formed in 2000 and Dr. Bernard J. Nottage former Deputy Leader and Cabinet Minister in the Progressive Liberal Party became its Leader. In November 2005, Dr. Bernard Nottage left the party in dramatic fashion, rejoining the governing Progressive Liberal Party.
A number of the party's hierarchy rejoing the governing party along with Dr. Nottage while others joined up with the Official Opposition Free National Movement.Since then the party is said to have officially dissolved but some of its original membership have claimed the party is still intact. Two months after rejoining the governing party, Dr. Nottage was appointed Minister of Health and National Insurance by Prime Minister Perry Christie.
