Michelle Dench is an Australian Women's Footy champion and player and former WNBL basketball player.

She played for the Melbourne University Mugars in the Victorian Women's Football League and is a multiple premiership player since switching from basketball she has also represented Australia in International rules football as part of the Australia women's international rules football team.[1]

She has been an All-Australian and the AFL Womens National Championships in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007.

She is the daughter of North Melbourne Football Club great David Dench.[2]

She retired at the end of the 2009 season.
