Paulo Vitor Barreto de Souza or simply Barreto (born on July 12, 1985 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian football striker currently playing for Italian club Bari, on loan from Udinese.

Career

Barreto started his Italian career in 2003, when he joined Serie B side Treviso. After scoring 12 goals in the 2004–05 season with Treviso, he was successively signed by Udinese, who gave him the opportunity to mark his debut in the Italian top flight, as well as the UEFA Cup, managing to score two goals to RC Lens in the 2005–06 season of the latter competition. He returned to Treviso on loan in 2007, scoring 14 goals in the Serie B 2007-08 season. He will spend the 2008–09 season on loan to Serie B side Bari.
