Alt, artistic name of Altemar Henrique de Oliveira, is business administrator, educator, historian, comic creator and drawer, born in
Ipatinga ,Minas Gerais , inApril 15 ,1967 .He graduated in History in the city of
Caratinga and, later, in Administration, inBrasilia , where currently he inhabits. His first published workmanships had been comic strips ofZé, um Subdensenvolvido for newspaper Diário do Aço.He still works to Jornal Vale do Aço in years 1990, illustrated books and published workmanships of didactic comics as "Zé Matutando sobre Cultura e Arte de Viver" and "O Negro conta a sua História".
More recently he published in the Justilex magazine, specialized in legal subjects, comic strip of
Canastrão & Bonfim .
