- Interhash
InterHash in a biennial (every 2 years) event, the granddaddy of periodic international
Hash House Harriers events, whereHashers from different groups get together to run and drink beer together. There are many quasi-InterHashes which are continental or national and also use "interhash" in their name (e.g. InterAmericas Hash, Africa-InterHash) and but the term InterHash specifically refers to the world InterHash. Attendees vote for bidding Hash kennels to choose where the succeeding InterHash will be held. The InterHash can occur as quickly as 14 months apart or with a gap of more than 2 1/2 years, the only requirement is that the InterHash occur in the even numbered calendar year.
There is a redirect website (http://interhash.com) which presents a link to the next InterHash website as soon as the next one is determined.
