Ann Cindric

Ann Cindric

Ann Cindric is a baseball player. She pitched for Muskegon in 1948 and for Peoria in 1950. Her 1948 season was cut short by a chipped bone in one of her fingers, and in 1950 a similar injuy to another finger ended her baseball career. She did not play in the All American Girls Professional Baseball League in 1949, but has fond memories of the two years she did play. She later spent five years in the Dominican missionary convent and worked in a nursing home office until her retirement. She enjoys playing the button box accordion and guitar.
