John David FitzGerald, Baron FitzGerald, PC (1 May 1816 – 16 October 1889) was an Irish judge and politician.
FitzGerald was born in Dublin and educated at Trinity College Dublin. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for Ennis from 1852 to 1860.
He was Solicitor-General for Ireland in 1855 and 1856, and Attorney-General for Ireland from 1856 to 1858 and from 1859 to 1860. He was also Judge of the Queen's Bench.
On 23 June 1882, he was made a life peer with the title Baron FitzGerald, of Kilmarnock in the County Dublin. Six days later, he was appointed to the Privy Council of the United Kingdom, having already been appointed to the Privy Council of Ireland in 1856.
His sister was married to Denis Caulfield Heron.
