Iftikhar Kazmi

Iftikhar Kazmi

Syed Iftikhar Kazmi is a senior Pakistani journalist and was editor of several national and local daily Urdu newspapers including Daily Din. Presently he has moved into electronic media. He is now working for Star Asia's head office in Pakistan.

He began his journalism career as a columnist for Gulf News. He later become editor of Daily Sun, Karachi.

Kazmi has also written plays for television, but his most successful work is in theater and fiction writing. He has translated many English and Arabic writers into Urdu.
