Richard 'Richie' Hart (born 30 March 1978 in Inverness) is a Scottish professional footballer currently playing for Scottish First Division club Ross County in the Scottish Highlands. Hart is an attacking midfielder.

Hart joined Inverness in 2002 from Brora Rangers, having previously played for Ross County. Hart has scored 15 goals in nearly 150 games.

However his ban has since been lifted as it was decided that he was to be retained by the club and was punished alternatively. Since his ban was uplifted Hart has struggled to get back into the team.
