MARK-IV is a Fourth-generation programming language that was created by Informatics, Inc. in the 1960s [ [http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/search/wrapper.jsp?arnumber=646208 The start - 1960] ] . Informatics, Inc. took advantage of IBM's decision to unbundle their software; MARK-IV was the first "software product to have cumulative sales of $10 million" [ [http://www.softwarehistory.org/history/informatics.html First mega-buck 4GL] ] .

MARK-IV (as VISION:BUILDER) [ [http://www.ca.com/products/vision_builder_pd.htm VISION:BUILDER] ] is now part of the product suite from Computer Associates. Training is available from 3rd parties.
