Yenumulapalli

Yenumulapalli is a small village, which is very near to the international village of Puttaparthi which is an abode of aghavan "sri satya sai baba" in India. This is in the Ananthapur district of Andhra Pradesh. The village is surrounded by greenery and hills and is situated on the banks of the river Chitravathi.

The main occupation of villagers here is agriculture with the main crops paddy, ground nuts, sun flower and sugar cane.

It is well connected by road, railway and air.

The village was governed by P. Sathyanarayana Reddy in the early 1980s. He served as Sarpanch for two terms and developed the village by providing roads, water facilities and other basic amenities for the poor. The other Sarpanches who governed the village are C. Subbaiah, J. Ramakrishna and V. Suryanarayana Reddy.

The village is 3.5 hours journey from Bangalore the silicon valley of India.
