There have been three Alexander Baronetcies.

Alexander of Menstre, Clackmannon

:Created in the Baronetage of Nova Scotia 12 July 1625.
*Sir William Alexander, 1st Baronet. He was subsequently created Earl of Stirling in 1633 with which title the baronetcy then merged until its extinction in 1739:"Baronetcy extinct"

Alexander of Edgehill, Connecticut, USA

:Created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom 2 July 1921.
*Sir Douglas Alexander, 1st Baronet (1864-1949)
*Sir Douglas Hamilton Alexander, 2nd Baronet (1900-1983)
*Sir Douglas Alexander, 3rd Baronet (born 1936)

Heir Apparent: Douglas Gillespie Alexander (b. 24 July 1962)

Alexander of Sundridge Park, Kent

:Created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom 19 November 1925.
*Sir Frank Samuel Alexander, 1st Baronet (1881-1959)
