Dave Kynaston

Dave Kynaston (born David Danger Kynaston August 31, 1983 in Sydney, Australia) is an Australian bodybuilder, who currently holds the title of Mr. Nebraska. He most recently competed at a weight of 245 pounds and 3% bodyfat [1] at the 2006 Mr. Nebraska. In 2007 he was defeated by long time rival Costa Georgeson. During the off-season his weight reaches 290 pounds. Kynaston started working in the family concrete construction business, Kynaston Bros. Concrete, at the age of 11, and starting training when he was 15 years old. His first contest was the 2004 Gold's Gym Brownsville Bodybuilding Championships, at which he took second place.

Kynaston has been featured in many fitness and bodybuilding magazines, including being on the cover of Ironman magazine. He has three brothers, Ray, Roy and Ricky. He also has three sisters, Shawna, Karen and Sharon. He currently resides in Sydney with his Partner Brian.
