woreda s in theOromia Region ofEthiopia . Part of theMirab Shewa Zone , Kersana Kondaltiti is bordered on the south by theSouthern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Region , on the west byKokir , on the northwest byTole , on the northeast by Alem Gena, and on the east by theMisraq Shewa Zone . The major town in Kersana Kondaltiti is Leman.The altitude of this woreda ranges from 1500 to 2900 meters above sea level. Rivers include the Awash. Local landmarks include the
Melka Kunture prehistoric archeological site, where finds from thePaleolithic through theNeolithic periods have been recovered, [Paul B.
