Season two of "Seinfeld", an American television series created by Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David, began airing on January 23,1991 on NBC, a U.S. broadcast television network. It comprises 12 episodes and concluded its initial airing on June 26,1991. Production

"Seinfeld" was produced by Castle Rock Entertainment and distributed by Columbia Pictures Television and Columbia TriStar Television (now Sony Pictures Television) and was aired of NBC in the US. The executive producers were Larry David, George Shapiro, and Howard West with Tom Garnmill and Max Pross as supervising producers. Season two received three Emmy nominations. The episodes "The Pony Remark" was nominated for "Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series" and "Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series"; the episode "The Deal" was also nominated for "Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series".
