"TV's Naughtiest Blunders" is an out-takes show often shown on ITV. The show is narrated by Neil Morrissey (First presented by Steve Penk in the studio) and features edited out clips and mistakes made by people on TV. The show frequently contains swearing, and because of this it is usually shown late at night. The show sometimes features deleted out scenes from the news and soaps as well as documentaries and many other TV programmes.

From 2004, the show now consists of a voiceover and continuous clips, with commentary from Neil Morrisey who took over from Penk.

Most of the clips shown on the programme are caused by actors forgetting their lines or not being able to stop laughing at what they have to say.

The axing of the show hasn't been confirmed by ITV, but any showings of TV's Naughtiest Blunders that are broadcast now are repeats from the 2004 series and onwards; some shows are titled "All New TV's Naughtiest Blunders", but in the same way of You've Been Framed, the "All new" tag is featured in the show, or was the title given to the show at the time of broadcast, and has no effect to this date.
