NSMD can mean:
- Non-State Market Driven (NSMD) regulation refers to the variety of systems used to regulate the negative environmental and/or social impact of the production of consumer goods. Rather than traditional "command and control" regulation, NSMD schemes strive to use market forces to create shifts in industry.
