The KWYR station operates with a staff of seven full time employees. Current General Manager and Owner is Scott Schramm. Current News Director and Program Director is Lisa Jay, Sports Director, Ross Brendel, and Music Director Trevor Hickens. John Driscoll and Leslie Schramm reside in the sales departments and Darnell Novotny is the Office Manager and Accounting. In addition to these, Marsha Ray is the host of Focus 1260, a program run 3 times a week on Country 1260. Steve Niess currently resides the KWYR engineer.
