Alfred Small, who earned his Ph.D. in pharmacology, was formerly employed by the
United States Navy andNational Institutes of Health (NIH ). He is apharmacologist who has published widely, using statistical techniques to analyze data. Currently, he resides and works in Hercules, California, developing websites.
