FMC Technologies, Incorporated (nyse|FTI), is an American machinery and oil services technology company. FMC Technologies was incorporated in 2000 when FMC Corporation divested its machinery businesses. FMC Technologies Inc. is based in Houston, Texas (Energy systems, oilfield equipment) and Chicago, Illinois (Machinery, automation, and food processing). Its Airport Equipment Division manufactures and services the Jetway brand of airport passenger loading bridges, among other products.

FMC Technologies should not be confused with FMC Corp., which is a separate company, actually smaller by 2005 revenues.

On April 30, 2008, FTI announced the spinoff of its airport and food equipment businesses into a separate company named John Bean Technologies Corporation JBT Corporation.
