Pierre Png (zh-sp|s=方展发|p=Fang Zhanfa; born October 29 1973) is a popular Singaporean actor and comedy performer best known for playing Phua Chu Beng in Singapore's MediaCorp TV Channel 5 television sitcom Phua Chu Kang Pte Ltd and Mo Yangyang in MediaCorp TV Channel 8 television sitcom Holland V.

He is currently married to fellow MediaCorp actress, Andrea De Cruz.

It is said that they are the only emotionally-related couple globally to have shared an organ.
