Binczarowa was first mentioned in Polish history in
1365 , under the name Bibyczareban. In1531 , the Rusyn Ivan Trukhanovych (Polish:Jan Truchanowski ) obtained the town and Polish nobility. It is aLemko village in the westernLemkivshchyna . It was the birthplace ofJaroslav Kacmarcyk , president of theLemko-Rusyn Republic , and ofMetodyj Trochanovskij , who published aLemko grammar.After the First
