November 24 ,1910 in San Francisco,California ) is a formercollege football Head Coach . He first coached atUniversity of Pacific , replacing legendary Hall of Fame coachAmos Alonzo Stagg , where he posted a 35-5-3 record. Siemering's most notable Pacific team was the 1949 team, that finished the season 11-0. His 1947 team also finished the season well, with a record of 11-1; the only loss coming by one point. In the 1949 season, the Tigers outscored their opponents 575-66. In 1951, he coached atArizona State University , where he compiled a 6-3-1 record. He played in theNational Football League as a center for the Boston/Washington Redskins.
